We are a FREE service brought to you by Coventry City Council. We are the official provider of FREE Healthy Lifestyles Services in Coventry. What does this mean for you? If you live in Coventry, you can get FREE support from our friendly coaches to stop smoking, lose weight, get moving or cut down on alcohol.
