When you take the first step to join Healthy Lifestyles Coventry as a member, you will begin a 12-week programme based on your goals – to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active or cut down on your alcohol consumption. You will be assigned a coach who will be with you every step of the way, with face to face or virtual coaching sessions that fit with your lifestyle.

We work with you to understand your goals and schedule one-to-one or group sessions with your coach over the phone, face to face or online that fit in with your schedule.

Healthy Lifestyles Coventry has helped thousands of people lose weight, get active, and stop smoking — and we can help you too. You're three times more likely to succeed with our motivational, step-by-step support.

Our coaches can help change how you think about healthy eating—showing it’s possible on a budget. With practical tools like low-cost recipes, meal plans, and portion tips, we’ll help you shop with confidence."

We offer FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), along with personalised one-to-one or group support. Our programme also includes other proven stop-smoking treatments. The average smoker who quits (based on 20 cigarettes a day) can save up to £4,000 a year — just imagine what you could do with that extra money!

Every weight loss journey is unique, so we create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle and is sustainable long term. The health advice on vaping is clear. Vaping can help adult smokers quit when combined with behavioural support, but it is not recommended for children or for adults who have never smoked.
